Błąd wynika ze złych ustawień IIS dla domeny. Naprawiamy go poprzez wejście w zakładkę 'Home directory' -> 'application settings' i ustawieniu w pozycji 'execute permissions' jednej z opcji: 'scripts only' lub 'scripts and executables'.
